1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES & DELIVERY 

We work with global suppliers to bring you high-quality products. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

* Estimated Standard Shipping Time: 7 to 15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as postal delays, customs clearance, or severe weather conditions may occasionally cause unexpected delays.

3. SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If applicable, any Free Shipping promotions will also be automatically applied during checkout.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

RandomRise is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
